Spinalmate Premiere Ergonomic Spine Support Cushion vs Spinalmate CoolTech Ergonomic Spine Support Cushion mainly differ in the outer cover material only. The internal structure is the same (memory foam support system, ergonomic lumbar + seat design).

Both the Premiere and CoolTech series come with a magnetic fabric lining and a removable outer cover with a zipper. This makes it easy to take off and clean. We recommend hand washing only to preserve the material quality and prevent damage.
