We always try our best to deliver each order as quickly as possible. However, we cannot guarantee any specific delivery date.

The delivery timeline consists of processing time plus shipping time.

Shipping times vary by method and destination.
Standard Shipping Times:

West Malaysia	2 - 5 Business Days
East Malaysia	3 - 10 Business Days
Singapore	2 - 10 Business Days

Please order only if you accept these delivery times.

Note that these delivery times are estimates based on recent experiences and are not guaranteed. We always do our best to ensure smooth and timely shipping, but sometimes delays may occur due to courier issues or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and kind understanding, especially for cross-border or East Malaysia deliveries. No refunds are offered for delays in order.

Shipping fee is non-refundable if delivery failed due to an address error. Please ensure your address is correctly entered.

After placing your order, you will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

Please double-check your order information. We are not responsible if a wrong address is provided and the item gets lost. Include all necessary details for delivery, such as apartment or flat numbers. A 15 USD charge applies if we need to redeliver due to a wrong address.

Custom duties or extra fees might apply depending on the country, and the customer is responsible for these costs.
